I'm Jodi Salata — a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, certified life coach, and founder of The Well Lived Life.

50 Minutes | Single Session | $185
Sometimes you need one conversation that shifts everything. A Well Lived Hour is a single, focused 50-minute coaching session — space to bring what’s on your mind, get clarity on what’s keeping you stuck, and walk away with something real you can use.
This isn’t a consultation. It’s the work itself — the same depth and attention you’d experience in an ongoing engagement, in a single session.
A Well Lived Hour is a good fit if you’re curious about coaching and want to experience it before committing, or if you have a specific situation you want to work through right now.

• One 50-minute coaching session with Jodi.
• Held virtually via video.

This is the work. Not a quick fix, not a checklist, not a program that tells you who to be. The Well Lived Life Experience is a 12-week, 1-on-1 coaching engagement built entirely around you — your patterns, your blocks, your areas of life, your path toward more freedom and joy.
Over 12 weekly sessions, we move through the full Well Lived Life framework — understanding how your brain works and why you do what you do, building real acceptance for who you are without shame or judgment, and rising into a version of yourself and a life that genuinely fits.
This is not about becoming someone else. It’s about becoming more fully, more freely, more joyfully yourself. And leaving with tools you own forever — so you can keep reaching for better long after our work together ends.
